Objectifs de la formation

The main objective of this program is to train middle managers capable of assuming leadership or supervisory roles, and proficient in:

  • Managing all flows (physical, informational, financial) within the logistics chain of businesses.
  • Managing and overseeing a production system.
  • Ensuring product quality management.
  • Managing internal logistics (including all flows related to production processes, maintenance, design, quality, etc.).
  • Managing external logistics (including all flows related to procurement, purchasing, distribution systems, and customers).

Addressing new requirements in safety and environmental standards.
