Objective of the Program
The main objective of this program is to train executives capable of:
- Optimizing costs and maximizing resource efficiency.
- Configuring automation and management control tools for companies, such as treatment scheduling managers, backup tools, alert monitoring, and supervision tools.
- Analyzing results from the information system in conjunction with user services.
- Understanding the basics of personnel management to coordinate and manage the operations team, which often works on staggered schedules (shift planning, work cycles, training…).
- Managing operations documentation and procedures, including diagnostic, corrective, and preventive action procedures in case of incidents.
- Integrating new applications or their updates into the information system, as provided by development teams or through software acquisition.
- Measuring the performance of the information system (incident management, traceability, statistics, implementation of improvement or correction plans in collaboration with IT studies).

- Participating in product launches and implementing advertising actions.
- Organizing events and product launch procedures.
- Creating qualified files and market prospecting.
- Choosing a distribution channel and studying market opportunities.
- Managing a sales sector and leading a team.
- Mastering commercial development methods (sales, negotiation, international trade, organization of the commercial function).
- Mastering marketing approaches and techniques (market analysis and diagnosis, strategy definition, implementation of marketing actions, and result control tools).
- Studying markets, needs, and their evolution.
- Participating in the development of a marketing plan and a communication plan.
- Using quantitative and qualitative data tools.
- Mastering the main information and communication tools.
