LMIL – Industrial and Logistics Management
Objectifs de la formation
The main objective of this program is to train middle managers capable of assuming leadership or supervisory roles, and proficient in:
- Managing all flows (physical, informational, financial) within the logistics chain of businesses.
- Managing and overseeing a production system.
- Ensuring product quality management.
- Managing internal logistics (including all flows related to production processes, maintenance, design, quality, etc.).
- Managing external logistics (including all flows related to procurement, purchasing, distribution systems, and customers).
Addressing new requirements in safety and environmental standards.
